Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for non-personalized items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
No returns on personalized items unless due to manufactures defect or if you are sent the wrong item. We value your satisfaction. Email us if there is a problem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the printed receipt or emailed receipt or proof of purchase. (You can tape the bag shut if you ripped it open. If it arrived in a box then you must use the same box for the return.)
To start a return, first make a return request by contacting us at info@creekviewcottage.com Please note that if your return is approved, we will email you an address where you can send your return package.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
These orders are filled by humans and they are usually correct but on rare occasions, someone may receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We value your happiness.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No returns on custom products (such as personalized items) unless in the very rare case of a factory defect.
No returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
In rare cases, if you have received the wrong product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, then we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. The reimbursement will be made within 10 business days of when we receive your return (usually sooner). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will send you an email when we have processed your return.
