Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Creek View Cottage! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All Kitchenware items are custom and require 3 business days for manufacturing before your order is shipped (This does not include shipping time). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All Textile items (sheet sets, comforter sets, pillows) are "Made to Order" and require 5 business days of manufacturing time before they are shipped (This does not include shipping time). 

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has shipped, please allow:

 3 to 5 business days for delivery of Kitchenware. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6 to 8 business days including manufacturing & shipping.

 5 to 8 business days for delivery of Textile items (bedding). Total estimated time to delivery is 10 to 13 business days for Textiles (bedding) including manufacturing & shipping.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for all orders manufactured in the US. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and the size of your package. Textiles that are manufactured outside the US will be delivered by international shipping carriers. We only deliver to the continental US. We cannot deliver to a PO Box. 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Email us at info@creekviewcottage.com so we can check on your order. Emails are returned by a human in the order they are received. We are a small, family owned business. We will work hard to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
